Foreign
Tourist:
1. Bookings
must be done AT LEAST 60 DAYS prior to the date of commencement
of journey. At the time of booking 50 percent of the package cost
must be paid by check/wire transfer in favour of TRUST TRAVELS,
KOLKATA.
2. Balance
50 percent of the package cost may be paid on arrival in India.
3. The
package cost includes the following:
Point
to point journey within the country by air (economy class) or train
(air conditioned coach) or
deluxe car/bus (air conditioned).
Hotel
accommodation (star category/deluxe).
Transport
for sightseeing and guide fees (a guide will travel with you during
the tour).
4. The
package cost DOES NOT include food costs, interpreter fees, and
international air travel (except if the tour package includes Nepal).
5. In
case of cancellation by the tourist 30 days prior to the commencement
of the tour, the amount deposited as advance would be returned (after
deducting applicable charges) without any interest. In case of cancellation
by the tourist LESS THAN 30 DAYS prior to the commencement of the
tour, the amount deposited as advance SHALL NOT BE RETURNED.
6. If
the tour is cancelled by us (TRUST TRAVELS) due to any reason, the
total amount paid by the tourist will be refunded without any interest.
7. It
will be the tourist's responsibility to join the tour as per schedule.
In the event of failure to comply with the schedule, all arrangements
(including expenses) have to be done by the tourist himself/herself
to join the team en route.
8. Any
tourist wanting a detour may be allowed to do so, provided all arrangements
and expenses are borne by him/her. No value adjustment in any form
or manner with the package tour cost will be entertained.
9. Allocation
of seats during travel and the allocation of rooms in hotels shall
be done according to our discretion. However, we will try our best
to accommodate specific needs/requests.
10. Hotel
accommodation will be on twin sharing basis. Children aged ten years
or below will stay with their parents. Family room (rooms with extra
beds) will be allotted in such cases.
11. It
is the responsibility of the tourist to adhere to the rules and
regulations of the hotel/airline/authorities at all times.
12. We will not be held responsible for any unforeseen/untoward
incident like natural calamity, political disturbance, riot etc.,
which is beyond our control. Itinerary might change due to unforeseen
events.
13. It may be noted that our service to the tourist would
commence from the time we receive him/her at the airport, and would
end after seeing him/her off at the airport after the completion
of the tour. If desired by the tourist, we may extend our service
by arranging international air ticket at extra cost.
14. It shall be understood and agreed by the prospective
tourist that the moment he/she books by paying the advance, he/she
automatically accepts all the above terms and conditions.

Indian
Tourist:
1.
A dvance booking and payment:
Within
30 days preceding the date of journey: 100% payment.
Before
30 days preceding the date of journey: part payment subject to a
maximum amount of Rs. 2,000.00 per head for journey by train/ship
and Rs. 3,000 per head for journey by air will be accepted at the
sole discretion of the management. However, full payment should
be made 25 days preceding the date of journey.
Payment
By "Ac/Payee" Demand Draft/Pay Order/Cheque payable in
Kolkata and drawn in favour of "Trust Travels" shall be
accepted.
2. Rate:
a)
Our rate includes journey by ordinary/economy class, unless mentioned
otherwise, food and lodging
and sight seeing only. Entry fees and Guide charges
are extra.
b)
Concessional rates on case to case basis will be considered at the
discretion of the management.
c)
In case of an increase in fare at the time of reservation in train/ship/air
from the date of booking the
tour, the difference shall be borne by the passenger.
3. Cancellation
Charges:
a)
15% of the deposited amount shall be deducted if tour is cancelled
30 days before the date of journey.
b)
25% of the deposited amount shall be deducted if tour is cancelled
15 days before the date of journey.
c)
50% of the deposited amount shall be deducted if tour is cancelled
7 days before the date of the journey.
d)
80% of the deposited amount shall be deducted if tour is cancelled
3 days before the date of the journey.
**
No refund is admissible if cancellation is done within 3 days including
the date of journey. Request for cancellation shall be accepted
in writing only. Telegraphic request may be accepted in case of
outstation passengers only. However, if the Tour is called off at
our end, the full amount deposited shall be refunded.
4.
It
will
be the passenger's responsibility to join the departed team at his/her
own cost if he/she fails to board in Train/Ship/Air due to any reason
not attributable to us.
5.
Sitting
arrangement in any transport will be strictly as per the rules and
regulations of the respective authority.
6.
In
case of hotel accommodations family wise room will be allotted as
far as possible.
7.
While
staying in hotel, the rules and regulation of the respective hotel
authority shall be strictly observed.
8.
Company
shall not be held responsible for any untoward incidents,e.g. natural
calamity political disturbance etc.
9. It
is understood that the moment the passenger reserves his/her seat
the company will be under the impression that the passenger has
accepted all the terms and conditions of "TRUST TRAVELS".
